General Hospital spoilers say Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) won’t be able to bite her tongue when she finds out it was Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) all along who reported her and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to the SEC.
All at once, it will all make sense like it never did before. Carly will find herself questioning how she didn’t think of this to begin with — especially given how off Nina’s behavior has been.
Nevertheless, Carly will be itching to lay into Nina for betraying Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and the entire family once again with her lies, but The shock of this betrayal will infuriate her at first, but when she learns who else knew about it and didn’t tell her, those feelings may quickly shift to heartbreak.
Finding out that it was Nina who turned her and Drew in to the SEC is going to stun Carly, but only because she won’t be able to believe how obvious it seems in hindsight. Of course it was Nina; who else would it be?
It will all make sense, and Carly will reflect on that odd conversation she had with Nina at GH on Christmas Eve, realizing what it meant only upon reflection.
Nina was trying to relieve her guilty conscience without actually having to tell the truth.
When Carly finds out it was Lois who told Sonny the truth — and only because no one else would, she’s going to be as hurt by it as Sonny is.
Olivia might share a child with Sonny, but it’s not as though they raised Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) together. But for Carly, Olivia is her best friend.
The accusations against Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) nearly tore them apart, and Ned’s silence only prolonged this situation. Learning that it was Olivia who wanted Ned to keep quiet ever since he regained his memories is going to destroy Carly.

Speaking of good intentions, there is a chance that Carly may forgive Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) when she learns that he too knew about Nina’s involvement and never intended to tell anyone as long as he was able to milk the situation for what it was worth to him.
Controlling Nina’s access to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) and the kids may sound selfish to his wife, but his mother could be more understanding. After all, Carly didn’t want Nina anywhere near the grandchildren either.
