Rumer Willis paid tribute to Matthew Perry, who died on Saturday in an apparent drowning incident, by recalling the time they spent together on the set of The Whole Nine Yards and its sequel The Whole Ten Yards. Willis shared on her Instagram Story that Perry had been kind, sweet, and funny when working with her father, Bruce Willis, and that his physical comedy in the film still made her laugh. She acknowledged the challenges Perry faced in his life and expressed hope that he could rest peacefully. Emma Heming Willis, Bruce Willis' wife, also posted a tribute to Perry, sharing a throwback video of the two actors being interviewed together and describing their chemistry as that of pals. Perry had previously expressed support when Bruce Willis was diagnosed with aphasia. Perry and Bruce Willis had also appeared together in The Whole Nine Yards and The Kid. Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on Friends, was found dead in a Los Angeles-area home. The exact cause of his death has not been confirmed but no foul play is suspected.
