Since the end of 'The Big Bang Theory', Kaley Cuoco has been one of the sitcom's most active performers. Now, she has just premiered 'Based on a True Story', already available on Movistar Plus+ and, in it , the script showed her in a sex scene.
However, the actor flatly refuses to film this type of scene ever again and has already explained the reasons behind her decision.
Last June, during an interview with USA Today, she said that the Peacock series coincided with her pregnancy and, in fact, she filmed when she was near her due date.
However, that's not why she didn't want to shoot sex scenes anymore.
"I don't shoot that way. I need someone to do it," Cuoco told USA Today.
"I'm over that. I'm not going to do it anymore. Besides, who wants to see that? It's not my thing. I'd rather let someone else do it and that's the magic of cinema. We don't have to do those things anymore.
"Someone else can do it for us and fake it. You think Chris Messina played tennis? Please, he sucked. I was his double!"
Her decision, moreover, is reinforced by Cuoco's experience in 'The Flight Attendant' on HBO Max. In it, her character had sex with Michiel Huisman's character.
"When they called 'cut,' I'd be hovering over him like I was on a toilet. I'm like, 'I'm not touching anything, I'm not looking at anything.' I didn't know what to do. He was like, 'You're acting so weird, you're making this way weirder than it needs to be.' But I was totally out of my element." the actor told The Hollywood Reporter.
