Mariska Hargitay paid tribute to her Law & Order: SVU co-star Kelli Giddish after her final episode aired on Dec. 8. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Mariska expressed her love and gratitude for Kelli's achingly beautiful performances and their deepening friendship. Kelli departed the series after 12 seasons, and her character, Det. Amanda Rollins, handed in her NYPD badge during the season 24 winter finale. The episode also saw her marry her former partner-turned-ADA Sonny Carisi in an impromptu courthouse ceremony attended by Mariska's Olivia Benson and other cast members.
