NCIS has seen chief medical examiner Jimmy Palmer (played by Brian Dietzen) go through some of the biggest highs and lows over the years. From his marriage to Breena Palmer (Michelle Pierce) and the birth of their daughter, to the death of his wife and finding new love in Agent Jessica Knight (Katrina Law), he has had a turbulent life. The CBS drama will now see the return of his daughter Victoria Palmer (Elle Graper) as she makes another appearance in the show.
