Matthew Perry, famous for his role as Chandler Bing on the hit sitcom Friends, has passed away at his Los Angeles home. Friends stars and other Hollywood celebrities have taken to social media to pay tribute to the late actor, remembering him for his wit and lasting friendship. 

Maggie Wheeler, who played Chandler's love interest Janice, mourned her former co-star, saying he brought joy to many. Other Friends cast members, including Paget Brewster, Morgan Fairchild, Kathleen Turner, and Elliott Gould, expressed their sadness and shared fond memories. 

The official Friends and Warner Bros. accounts also shared the news and expressed their devastation.

Selma Blair, Aisha Tyler, Rumer Willis, Shannen Doherty, Alyssa Milano, Thomas Lennon, and more celebrities posted heartfelt messages, remembering Perry for his kindness, humor, and talent. Octavia Spencer, Viola Davis, Olivia Munn, Nancy Sinatra, Adele, Hank Azaria, John Ross Bowie, and Fran Drescher also paid tribute to the late actor. 

Perry played the beloved Chandler Bing on Friends for 10 seasons and was known for his comedic talent. He struggled with addiction throughout his life and became an advocate on the issue. Perry was found dead in his hot tub in an apparent drowning, and there is no indication of foul play.
