FORMER Law & Order: SVU actress Diane Neal called Mariska Hargitay a “total b***h,” according to a lawsuit.

In court documents recently obtained by Page Six, the lawsuit claims that the former actress and aspiring congresswoman also said that her co-stars were “awful people” and that the only nice one in the show was Ice-T.

These comments were allegedly made to Rachael Himsel, her former campaign manager who then wrote these comments down in an email and sent them to an unknown recipient.

But the 43-year-old Neil denied these claims to Page Six, she said: “There is no truth to this at all.”

“Most of the people I’ve worked with are amazing, I love almost everyone I’ve ever worked with.”

She further explained the situation with Hargitay, she told Page Six: “Mariska and I were not the closest, but that doesn’t mean we have any animosity towards each other, we’re still very supportive of each other.”

“She’s a great mom, she’s great as Benson, she’s doing great charity work.”

“I have never talked about the cast members like this, it’s salacious and untrue.”

Neil played prosecutor Casey Novak in Law and Order: SVU from 2003 to 2008. She also made guest appearances until 2012. Hargitay currently plays NYPD captain Olivia Benson and has been part of the show since its first episode in 1999.

The two frequently shot scenes together until Neil’s exit from the show.

Neal's apparent opinion of Hargitay came to light because the email is currently being used as an exhibit in a lawsuit between Neil and ex-boyfriend, JB Benn.

Neil accused Benn, a magician, of physically and emotionally abusing her.

She described him as a “manipulative and maniacal fraudster,” according to The Daily Beast.

She also accused him of killing her pets, swindling her out of millions, and kicking her out of their $529,000 home that she helped pay.

But he sued her back.

He claims he taped her two years ago and she threatened to “shoot him” and “kill his dog, Charlie,” according to Page Six.

He claimed that he recorded audio of their fights because he “feared that Ms. Neal would eventually blame him for any misfortune or issue in the parties’ relationship.”

In one of the tapes the a woman—who Benn alleges is Ms. Neal—is heard screaming : “I am going to kill you or I am going to sue the f**k out of you.”

“I am going to make your life as miserable as you have made mine. The difference is, unlike me, you have nothing to lose.”

She allegedly also said: “You know what? I am going to f***ing murder Charlie in front of you! I am going to kill him in front of you.”

Apparently, she talked to the dog and said: “Charlie, I’m going to kill you. I’m going to shoot you in the head in front of your daddy so your brains go all over him.”
