The storyline involving teenage pregnancy and religious scrutiny is portrayed well, but the show misses an opportunity to explore the challenges a young woman like Paige would have encountered as a child prodigy navigating STEM. This one unrealistic aspect ruins the authenticity of the show's depiction of the '90s.
