In the scene, Ryan Buggle, who plays Noah Porter-Benson share's an endearing moment with his mother as they smile back at each other during a ballet lesson.
Buggle is a dancer in real life. He posted a picture of the episode, in which he expresses his gratitude for the opportunity showcasing his talent, he says:

At just nine-years-old, Buggle is already a philanthropist. It is reported, for Christmas, in 2018, he donated hundreds of toys during a toy drive for the "Hazlet's Toys For Tots outlet."
He takes the opportunity to reveal his entrepreneurial and philanthropic plans, saying:
Buggle's mention of dancing "regardless of gender" comes in response to comments made by "Good Morning America's" Lara Spencer. Some months ago she made fun of reports that Prince George will be enrolled in ballet classes at his school.
